The hydraulic brake system on the B 28-Z model is the same as the C 28 C-J chassis: it has 150 mm brakes and is derived from the brakes adopted for the front of many of the Shifter models in the Birel line.

RACING LINE - B 28-Z

The B 28-X Motorsport model is meant mainly for the Italian market, where it was homologated following the directions of Csai for the new 60 Baby kart class. The chassis is made of 28 mm tubes, it is equipped with a 30 mm axle and a latest-generation hydraulic braking system with 150 mm rear disk (the same of the C 28 C-J model, taken up from the front brakes of the 125 cc class). The Fik 05-09 fairings reproduce on a small scale the fairings of 100 and 125 karts and contribute to a definitely elegant and agreeable look. However, the new Birel kart for introductory classes aged 7 to 9 is essentially based on quite noticeable technical aspects that place it at a high level within its own market segment. The outfits are the same as those of the Racing versions and include hubs, crown carriers, disk carriers and all the accessories of the Hq Freeline range, as well as the 280 Motorsport steering wheel.

The B 25 BABY model includes the 2t 50 cc motor while the brake system is mechanical with 200 mm disks.

RACING LINE - B 25 BABY

With the Birel B 25 Kart, a six-year old can already join the track to get used to straights and driving techniques.

The chassis is made with 25 mm tubes and is available both in standard and Motorsport versions.

The first adopts aluminium hubs, disk carriers and crown carriers, while the Motorsport version adopts the same accessories as the HQ Freeline.

The braking system is mechanical for both versions.
